Tech pulled car in came back about 30 min later and told me they can't do the alaignment because of a bad strut and quoted me $680 for new struts in front. I declined he said OK I cancel the work order and good to go.. No paperwork no issue the only thing they never returned the payment. My mom called them and coorp and they told em the work was done... 116 bucks later car still has issues even they say it was done now and say they have paperwork and all.. Be careful with them... They did alot up selling at that day other lady got told she had "swollen" lug nuts and need 20 new nuts cost almost 300 bucks... I deff not take my car there anymore....

Clint Caflisch is the owner of and sole mechanic at this establishment. It's messy and is in no way…read moreset up to receive customers, and when I walked in, Clint walked towards me with a look on his face that insinuated that he presumed I was lost and had no other business for being in there. He also doesn't make a habit of answering his listed business phone, and I even witnessed him ignore the phone ringing, almost as if to say that if something's really that important, the caller will just come in to the shop. Every characteristic of his place and his demeanor indicates that Caflisch is a very neighborhood shop with a very neighborhood set of clientele that come in on the regular. Clint does all the work by himself, so I'm guessing he really doesn't "need" the business that could be accrued if he portrayed his business more like a storefront and a little less like a grimy garage. I'm glad I took a chance, though, despite what by conventional standards would be an unwelcoming vibe because he did right by me. It's taken me a while to pick up when people are trying to hustle me because I'm an unassuming little woman who's lousy with "tool stuff", but I think I've almost gotten it figured out. Clint was helpful and sincere and didn't give me the run-around at all. He checked my tire tread and even checked my rotors. He ran a diagnostic on a concern of mine, and he even called as I was on my way back to pick up my car because he was concerned that I was caught in the rain. He only charged me for the oil change. Good dude. Just make sure to leave a message when you call. Or just pop in.
