I didn't purchase anything from them, yet, but they were still able to help me get my car alarm system back in working order. I'd say this was about two months ago when I had major issues with my car alarm, blast you Avitar!! Anyway, before calling the Tiny Factory I had tried reaching out to other companies like the Radio Doctor and did not get the same vibe as the folks at the Tiny Factory. I completely understand how my issue initially was tough to troubleshoot over the phone, but as soon as I hopped on the phone with one of their guys (I forgot his name) and whoever helped me was seriously a genuine guy. He told me to quickly come down to the shop and he would gladly help me troubleshoot the issue. Now, he totally didn't have to do that, but by doing this, they gained a loyal customer and I will be sure to get my windows tinted by these guys as soon as it's in the budget :) Now for the good stuff, when I walked into their establishment - it was clean and had lots of different products for sale. This was a nice touch as you are able to see all the possible options available for you to choose from. They are very knowledgeable and willing to go the distance to help you find exactly what you need. Overall, these guys are great! When we dropped the car off and picked it up it was at our convenience. When the repairs were complete, minus a pair of nameplates that were on back order, Tim had us pick up the car and we returned later in the week for a few minutes to have the badges installed...we were very excited to return the rental and get our new car back, and the Lynch Auto team made sure it was in a timely manner.
