Gave me a car that the engine was messed up and could blow up... and the customer service was just rude.

Incredible service and customer friendly. I'll come back when I need another car! Arthena - your compassion is refreshing, so thank you.

Bought a used Jeep Wrangler in December, 2016 at this location. The jeep was new on the lot so it…read morehadn't been detailed when I drove it and I mentioned that to my salesman (Clay). He told me it would be all fixed up if I got it. I got a decent deal so I bought it. That's where the positive part ends. Went to drive it off the lot and it hadn't been detailed. When I said something I was told that they power washed the engine but because the former owner went mudding in it all the red mud wouldn't come off. I'm not the best car person around but power washing an engine doesn't sound too smart to me. The rest of the jeep hadn't been touched. Before I got 15 minutes down the road the engine light came on so I turned around. After sitting in service dept for a while they said I was good to go and it just needed to dry. 15 minutes down road again light came back on so back I went again. They said that the power washing made a sensor go bad so they replaced it. I again tried for a detail and they told me when I brought it in for an oil change (on my dime) they'd do it. Less than 300 miles later I have a coolant leak and can't get any response from them. . **UPDATE** After being contacted by the general manager I took the jeep back in and was taken care of quite well. The difficulty in getting a response was due to my salesman no longer working there. Some of the work was comped and other things done at a discount plus I got a full detail. Can't say enough good things about the service manager Renee Doctorman. She was extremely professional, courteous and understanding. For these reasons I've upgraded my experience to 4 stars.

I was going after a first generation ev if you know they tend to have batteries that die well this one I'd ask them to have it tested and if it was at all faulty replaced it before I got there they didn't even charge the car. But Kia had a deal where they would replace the battery for free under 100,000 miles if it was less than 70%. And it was. And I still drove down and was willing to work with them. I am 49 years old I have never been humiliated by anyone like that. I was so shocked and caught off guard he was lucky cuz had I not been I would have laid hands on him more than likely. Do not go to Joe Cooper they don't care about you they don't care about selling your card that's any good they just want to screw someone over however they can. Months later after asking calling telling them to leave me alone I'm still getting text messages about the same Kia........ At this point it's stalking and harassment.
