When I questioned it, our server/manager assured us that the chef said it was prepared Pittsburgh-style. Based on what was served, however, it was pretty clear that the chef either didn't understand what Pittsburgh-style meant or simply didn't prepare it correctly. The mac and cheese was another disappointment. It was overcooked, dry, and lacked any real cheesiness, but somehow managed to have an extremely hard crust on top. After waiting more than an hour, I expected the food to at least make up for the delay. Unfortunately, it didn't. Between the excessive wait, seeing guests who ordered after us served first, the incorrectly prepared steak, and the disappointing sides, this was easily a 1-star dining experience.
