We came in for the first time over the weekend. This shop provides a ton of collectible…read moremerchandise, Bama memorabilia, comics, the whole nine yards. We must have spent an hour browsing and we probably still missed some stuff. The staff was great. We were greeted as soon as we entered. He also made sure we didn't need anything while we shopped. He was very attentive. When we found something in the case we wanted he was quick to come over. The contents of the store was extensive. They had trading cards of all sorts, comics, funko pops, lots of sports merchandise, and old and new toys. So much stuff I probably missed a lot. Their signed collectibles come with letters of authenticity. Also their prices seem very fair and reasonable. We will definitely be going back!

We looked in all the different sections and the kids picked out some Pokémon cards while some of my family got some magic cards. There was a great selection of items and the staff was very nice. I thought it was a good value because the kids were able to just pick some specific Pokémon cards they wanted versus buying packs. That was super helpful to us! Amazing shop w/ great selection & a lot of heart!!!!!…read more I found the site on Christmas Eve when I was Googling Star Wars figures, and wound up placing a mid-size order for a bunch of used Star Wars action figures - they shipped them out right after Christmas, and just a day later I had them in hand. The box was SO carefully packed - every figure's box was individually wrapped w/ bubble wrap and masking tape, and in perfect condition. This was the first time I'd ever heard of Infinity Flux, and I was super impressed with how they got 4 figures packed, shipped, and delivered within 3 days, all during a holiday week. I love seeing an independent comic shop thriving, and caring well for their customers. Will be placing more orders in the future - thanks!!

When I got there, there wasn't really anyone to tell me about what was going on or where to sit or do, so I had to figure it out. There is a good and beverage place inside, but I had just eaten dinner, so I can't say anything about the service or the quality of the food. At first, I guess I sat in the wrong spot as a female employee rudely asked if I noticed the seating was reserved and that it was only for employees. With no one to greet me and it being my first time there, I, of course, did not know, and all I was focused on was getting my paint and a seat and painting my little cat. When I left, no one had taken my seat, so I'm sure it would have been fine for me to continue where I had started. The paint choices were great, although they seemed to be missing pink and basics like plain white and black (or they were hard to find). The cost was great for what they offered, and where I ended up sitting was good for painting. I appreciated the fact that they provided slim paintbrushes as the models were maybe 2 inches tall by 1 inch wide. I might go back, but rude employees do leave a bad taste in my mouth for places, so we will see.

I haven't been in this store in years. There were at least a dozen shoppers. I noticed fall stuff and some Christmas stuff. We looked at cork first and then wood. The store has limited cork inventory, as well as, limited wood pieces. I picked up 4 small cylindrical wood posts and headed to the checkout. These pieces weren't exactly what I needed but they were better than nothing. Checkout was very slow. I couldn't find a person to checkout with so I went to self checkout. After struggling for at least 5 minutes, a store employee came over to help. She struggled with the self checkout. Between the two of us we had to start and stop to start over 4 times before the self checkout register would work properly. I was about to leave everything due to frustration. The store employee was pleasant and cheerful thru the ordeal. She wished me a better day and I told her the same. The person in charge of programming the self checkout registers needs to revisit the code written and make changes so that it doesn't take 2 people 4 attempts to purchase from Michael's.
