Jim was able to help so quickly and my mom now has her email back! In addition, Jim had the idea to send the google codes to my phone. I made several trips to the shop. My initial document wasn't in a format they could use. I went home, updated it and brought it back in on an SD card. The machine that needed to be used couldn't read an SD card. I went home a brought it in on a stick. Nope. I eventually emailed the project - that would have saved me two trips had I known I could do that. My final trip was to pick up my book. Although I was told I would be called when my project was complete I never was. I ended up just going in hoping it was finished. It was and I loved the final product but getting to this point was more challenging than it really needed to be.
