Rollers and cables were replaced...$423. Garage door worked fine....for a day. November 13th. Door is once again doing the back and forth dance, requiring three or four attempts before finally closing or opening. November 13th. Called for service again. Appt. set for Friday Nov. 15th. Friday Nov. 15th. Tech was here, no problems in any of the mechanism. Some of the wires in the main control were reset, and the garage door seems to work well.

They called me back in less than 30 minutes and promised to have someone out in no more than 2 hours. They arrived in about an hour and a half. My garage door was repaired to better than what it was before it broke in well under thirty minutes. These guys were extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable about their job.
