I needed to change my address, so I called the number for customer service. I got transferred three…read moretimes. No luck. I tried to accomplish this online. Again, no luck. I called the number on the website and finally got it changed. Then my wife talked to the same customer service representative. They had to transfer her to another person. This one asked her a bunch of questions that I hadn't been asked. Finally accomplished after 45 minutes. This is one of the worst customer service experiences ever!

To replace the alternator. To replace the power steering pump. To replace the front brakes. And th engine lost compression in two cylinders. I sent them them an email with the invoices and the estimate to replace the engine, and after reviewing they said there was nothing they could do because the car shop wasn't ASE certified.
