He got here when he said, took a look at the issue which was not very straightforward and quoted a very fair price. Unlike other recent experiences, there were no tricks about the price which I really appreciated. Even better, he was able to apply his strong knowledge of electrical to solve what turned out to be a bit of a puzzle - our home is older so had some older wiring and switches which contributed to the problem. His ability to focus and figure it out was really impressive. Better though was the friendly service. At one point he notices some of the wiring was dated and messy so he replaced it all and cleaned it up and make the repair last longer for us. I really appreciated him offering to do that for me. All in all he was fabulous, friendly, kind and very effective. My wife was having a friend over for the weekend so I was in some hot water if I could not figure this one out (I started the previous day and realized this was beyond my ability) which is why I called Moss and they really helped me out of a challenging situation. I did read the Yelp reviews before I called and noticed that the some of the negative reviews were aged and had more to do with scheduling than quality of the work so was not put off by the overall rating.
