I'm incredibly impressed with Anderson Electric. I originally received a quote from requesting via Yelp. I got an immediate response from Tiffany and she had Bob come to give a free quote the next day. His quote made sense compared to others. I wanted to hire someone with great reviews and not risk it with someone from Handy or Task Rabbit who may not have the same reviews and credentials. I went to schedule with Tiffany, but the team was booked up for a few weeks. I let Tiffany know that I needed it done sooner and would sadly have to look elsewhere. We decided to install recess lights in our house. I requested a quote from Yelp and several electrical companies contacted me and provided me with a quote. When I received a quote from Anderson Electric I called them because I wanted to support my towns small businesses and spoke with Tiffany, I asked her if she would much other company's quotes, because other companies quoted me with 14 recessed lights and her quote was only 10 recessed lights and with higher price. She agreed with the price and i made a appointment for an installation on 07/25/22 at 8AM. Matt and one more employee came to do the work. Matt started the work in my kids playroom/tv room, he made the holes and started to do the wiring, while he was using a power tool to run the wires he damaged my fire sprinkler line and all the water went on hardwood floor and inside the ceiling, I am glad I was home, I rushed to garage to shut the water off and started cleaning the water from the floor. Matt went outside shut the water from outside as well and made a phone call, then he came back and told me he will fix it. He went to Home Depot to buy supplies and returned back to fix the fire sprinkler line that he damaged. He fixed it but it didn't looked right. He told me it will dry in couple of hours and he will continue to do the work. He moved to second room to continue the work. After couple of hours he was ready to continue in my kids playroom/tv room. When water was turned back on it started leaking again, at that time I told him I need someone who is specialized on fire sprinkler system to come in to my house and fix it. He went outside and made some phone calls and informed me that someone will be at my house on 07/27/22 to fix the fire sprinkler damage. When fire sprinkler specialist came to my house he informed me that it was fixed incorrectly, that he was glad I requested someone who knows about fire sprinklers to come in and fix it. He fixed it and left. Since the ceiling was wet I asked Tiffany to hire someone to fix the ceiling so we don't get mold and she agreed To send someone on 07/30/22 at 8AM. On 07/29/22 we turned the air conditioning on and noticed that the vent in my kids playroom/tv room not blowing air, since we had several open holes in our ceiling we looked and noticed that the HVAC was damaged, I emailed Tiffany right away and informed her. On 07/30/22 drywall repair man showed up to fix the ceiling dry wall, I explained to him the situation he came inside the house took a look and left. I didn't hear back from Tiffany. On 07/31/22 at 10:03AM I received a text message from Matt " Good morning, Tiffany sent me the pictures of the ducting I would like to come over tomorrow to repair it and I can install the dimmers as well" i didn't replied to the text. I send a message to Tiffany that I need air conditioning technician to replace or repair the ducking, and we would still love for him to do the dimmers. Tiffany responded back that she reached out to their HVAC company and will let me know when he can get over to my house as soon as she hear back from him. On 08/01/22 I messaged Tiffany to see if she has any updates regarding HVAV repair, she responded back " we are still waiting to hear back from a couple of HVAC companies, it's looking like Thursday 08/04/22 or Friday 08/05/22 will be the soonest. I messaged her again on 08/02/22 if she has any update. This is the respond I got " we are still waiting to be schedule. We are in the middle of summer and seems they are prioritizing lager more urgent jobs currently. I will let you know as soon as we hear back. I can have Matt come and patch it with HVAC rated tape, or else we are at their mercy. I will let you know when we hear back. Let me know if you rather have Matt patch it up". I messaged her back and I told her that I have no problem to find a HVAC company and get it fixed ASAP and she can pay them directly. On 08/03/22 Tiffany messaged me back that someone is available to come in on 08/09/22, I told her I can't wait till then we have been with no air conditioning since last week. I told her that I contacted several HVAC companies and they are able to serve as next day or two. She message me back the same day and told me that someone will be reaching out to me to schedule a time to come either later today or tomorrow. I was contacted that same day 08/03/22 and made a appointment for 4:15PM. When technician arrived I showed him the damage, after inspecting he informed me that there are more damages as well inside since he was able to see it with his flashlight. So almost 6ft of the duct had to be replaced. He said the earliest would be on 08/05/22 at 7AM. I agreed since I didn't had any other options. I am going to attached photos so you can read, I didn't know that yelp has limits on how many words you can post. I am going to let the court/ judge to decide who is wrong or who is right.
