I provided my phone # and requested that they contact me when the car was ready. I expected a call prior to noon but when it didn't come, I called them and no one answered. I rode my bike over to their service center and noticed the vehicle had not moved since being delivered the prior evening. I entered the office area and had to wait to address my concerns as the new owner was discussing ordering supplies. When I got my chance to address the owner, I asked about the status of my service and he wasn't able to tell me if the car had been serviced or not. He indicated that he would have to check with the employee who was apparently assigned to my car. I restated the appointment details and indicated my displeasure with their lack of service and indicated that if the service was not already done that I didn't want their service. While he checked on my car, I returned home via my bike and walked back to pickup my car. Upon arrival, I discovered the car had been moved into the garage and they had begun to service it. I stopped their efforts and again expressed my complete dissatisfaction. The new ownership is not very good at communication nor customer service. After five years of supporting this business I will not be returning. Good luck to them and to the customers they attempt to deliver service .

So, to fix their mistake, we ended up having to pay for the pads on the first visit and the calipers on the second visit. Definitely will not go back

I have huge door gaps debre in paint. They junked the quarter panel i had shipped up from Arizona without contacting me to come get it but saved the old rusty door that I had them replace not to mention it ran like crap when we picked it up. (Turns out all vacum lines were removed from my carburetor and intake) Tom said the carburetor probably needed to be cleaned.

You can't do that at McDonald's, unless you're in your truck at the drive through. It's a great place to eavesdrop on the conversations of local farmers and trades people, swapping stories of hunting dogs and honey-do chores abandoned for more noble pursuits, like fishing. In the height of summer, the folks from the Cities come to air out their $400,000 cabins, and they bring down the tone of the place with their dissolute teens staring glumly at their own knuckles as the adults discuss golf and office politics.
