The customer service desk was closed so I asked a cashier if they could help me as all I wanted to do was exchange it for another for the same price. They told me only customer service can do this and I would have to return tomorrow. So if you can't get to the store during customer service hours due to your job etc then you're out of luck. They should be able to do a simple transaction like this at any of the registers with a live cashier. Now I have to make an unnecessary trip back and take time off work to do so.

I'm not surprised because while I was there a lady came to the customers service desk & stated that it was pin holes in her cup of yogurt. How do you go back to a store with a half of bag of cookies & say this was opened. I started thinking that maybe the cashier switched the cookies. This is sad, I've never had a problem with Acme.
