He made a pitstop at a gas station bathroom claiming he had to use eyedrops! People were beeping and honking at us as we constantly swerved in front of them. It was so bad my father-in-law offered to drive. We were actually frightened. While our return transfer was much better, neither driver offered to help my elderly in laws with their luggage in and out of the car. They were both tipped extra anyway. When we returned home from our trip and I called the limo service to complain, the owner swore to me that she would issue a refund right away. She not only didn't issue the refund but she overcharged me on both trips. I previously called to question the amount and had to leave a message. No one called me back. I was charged over $900 for round-trip transportation to the airport that actually endangered our lives! Never using this company again!!

There is absolutely nothing professional about this "company". Be aware of the fact that you will NOT be dealing with a corporation per se. Instead, it operates more like an Uber service, whereby, hired individuals use their own personal vehicles to charter customers. Here is an outline of my "first time" experience with this service. I called the "company" on a Monday night to set up an appointment for a round trip service for Wednesday of that same week. The gentlemen promised to have a car pick me up at 12 noon and the driver NEVER showed up. Then to add insult to injury, I called the company to let them know and the dispatch person had a less than pleasant personality and was argumentative. The "company" had to send a second driver, and he arrived a half hour later, which in turn made me late to my appointment. The "company" had an I don't care attitude about the whole matter and never offered to compensate me in anyway for THEIR mistake. Unfortunately, I still needed a driver for my return and I had already made the appointment with this "company" (I use this term very loosely) so I had to call them. When the car arrived it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and the driver had ripped jeans on and a nose ring protruding from the middle of her nose, which was very disconcerting. At this point all I had was a prayer that I would make it home in one piece - or at all for that matter. In speaking to her, she turned out to be a kind person but her appearance really needed some work. I don't think she realized that she was representing the "company" very poorly. This is a business and you DO NOT SHOW UP TO WORK looking like you were accosted in an alley. Anyhow, the next day I checked my billing statement and the company had the nerve to still charge the $11 gratuity for the driver that never showed. I called the company to let them know that I did not feel it was right that they not compensate me for THEIR ERROR. I most certainly felt that paying a gratuity fee for a driver that never showed was completely unfair and after having a little spat with the "company" owner he agreed to reverse the gratuity fee but did not agree to make any adjustments to the car service fees. So heed my WARNING my fellow Chicago residents. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT waste your time and money on contracting this "company's" services because you will be sorry. They have repeatedly demonstrated that they are low class people that do not know how to conduct themselves like professionals, which is extremely sad. STAY AWAY from this company and take your chances with someone else!!!

So I was stuck, because I didn't want to leave my car at the station. Which would have been Speonk, anyway, since I took the train into the city. Called Freedom Taxi, and Michael said that he could be there in 10 minutes. Told him that I had a small dog, but he was in a fully enclosed carrier. No problem. Uber and Lyft both charge extra for pets. Michael showed up and helped load everything. Very pleasant man, and when we got to the house, he very kindly lugged my heavy suitcase and backpack up the steps, He even called my dog, who was finally free of the carrier and running ecstatically! Michael gave me his card and said that I could call him from Calverton in future, and he'll be in WHB to get me. How very nice! While I do hope that my brother can pick me up next time, or maybe I'll leave my car at the station, it's very nice to know that I have an option. And Freedom Taxi was cheaper than both Uber and Lyft. Their prices were unreasonable for a short distance.

This 12 passenger van will accommodate a small group or a big group party on to the Hamptons or locally. He will go above and beyond any other transportation service. My Group and I had a great time. We will definitely be using again and recommending him also!!!!
