Bubz Limos was the first to respond with a quote and the most reasonably priced. Henry was available over several weeks of planning where he always answered my questions as I never hired a private car for a prom. Our driver was Evans and he was extremely professional and kind. He took the kids to multiple stops for photos and waited patiently for them to finish. He even messaged me at the end of the night to let me know the kids were dropped off safely to the final stop. As a parent, this meant a lot to feel reassured your kids are safe. We ordered a Cadillac Escalade which was clean and in pristine condition. He's yelled at multiple members of my family who have stepped in and tried to help us get this refund and have all been unsuccessful. Norman was supposed to pick up myself, my now husband, and our entire bridal party for our recent wedding and showed up over 30 minutes late. As a result, we had to pay for additional car service, couldn't ride together, and were late to our own wedding photographs as a result. When Norman called me that afternoon, as I was already riding in another car, frantic to get to our wedding, I told him I no longer needed his services and unfortunately had to hang up as he seemed to have bad service or trouble understanding me and I was LATE to my own wedding and had to go. For some reason, Norman showed up with limos in the evening to pick up our wedding party, even though it was made clear we were no longer using him and had gone with someone else on the phone that morning. Members of my family instructed him to please leave the premises. When I reached out the next day to ask for a refund, Norman CHARGED ME for the return trip of the limos to our venue and refuses to refund me. My bridal party has called. My father-in-law has called. My friends have gone down in person. I have emailed, texted, and called. I have PLEADED with Norman to help us because we are out HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS for a mistake that we did not make. Norman says he wants to do "anything he can" to make it right, but refuses to refund us all of our money. We never used his service. Not one fingertip of anyone in our bridal party or wedding so much as touched the outside of his limo. I have asked Norman to make it right, offered to leave a 5-star review, and have spent WEEKS trying to work this out in a civil manner via email. Norman has proven he doesn't care about his struggling customers who LOST OUT ON TIME AND PHOTOS AND MONEY because his company was over half an hour late to pick them up for their wedding, easily the biggest day of our lives. To top it off, we were getting married in New York but live in California, so much of our bridal party had no knowledge of the area, no other recommendations, no cars. It's not like we had other options waiting around. Having no transportation to our wedding ruined a huge portion of our day and set a stressful tone for myself and my husband and our guests that had to spend their own time and money to get to our wedding ALREADY LATE. Don't do business with this company or trust Norman as he doesn't care about his customers and won't do anything to make it right.

When I called because of the exorbitant charge that appeared on my credit card I was told it was because the driver had to wait for me for three hours. What should have been a charge of about $125 was $237. My flight into MacArthur Airport was delayed several hours. I was in constant contact with the driver with updates but he decided, because his previous trip left him near the airport and he lived in Floral Park he would not go home but he would wait. I was charged his wait time, and then taxes and a gratuity on the wait time. After a very heated discussed they agreed to take off the charge for the wait time, taxes and gratuity but threatened not to pick me up that afternoon for my return to MacArthur. When I reminded them of the power of social media they agreed to pick me up and take me back to MacArthur. In all they years I have used Broward they have never been late, in fact they have always been early except for my last trip to the airport. They were supposed to pick me up at 2:45PM and at 3:00PM when I called I was told he was on his way. They said it had nothing to do with my conversation with them earlier in the day but it was just too much of a coincidence for me. At this point I told them to cancel the pick-up. Luckily I was able to get another ride and got their in plenty of time to make my flight.
