When I called to make the reservation I clearly explained that I wanted a luxury car to take my parents to the airport as they were on their way to celebrate their 40th Wedding Anniversary. I formerly worked on Wall Street and am used to a certain level of service.First, the car was late and when I called the company to complain I was told that "they cannot control the time the driver arrives." When the car finally arrived the driver was dressed like a taxi driver not like someone who provides "luxury" service. The bumper was held together by duck tape, the car was filthy, and when he popped the trunk he had paper, bottles, food cartons...this car was horrible. I cancelled the car as I was too embarrassed to send my parents to celebrate this joyous occasion in this pile of junk. We hopped in my hybrid highlander and I drove to them to the airport in my mommy vehicle. Very nice but not luxurious. When I called to complain I was not offered any type of discount or service for the inconvenience. Like I said this is not a luxury car service company but an over priced taxi. I just want to make sure that I'm clear about the failed "Lowest Price Guarantee". After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response.
