The theater may be a little older and not quite as fancy as a Harkins, but the seats were in great condition, the theater was wonderfully cool, and both the picture and sound quality were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed both movies we saw there. The staff was friendly, the restrooms were clean and well stocked, and the popcorn was tasty. They also serve Coke products, which is always a big plus for us! It was comfortable, affordable, and exactly what we needed for an afternoon break from the heat. We will definitely return on our next trip to Pinetop when there is a good movie playing. Sometimes you do not need fancy--you just need a great movie, good popcorn, cold drinks, and a cool place to enjoy them!

There are signs and indications all over that this is establishment is not going to do any upkeep at all. They do not care about providing a clean environment for their paying customers. One of the most disturbing signs is that the women's restroom door is ajar. Anyone using the wheelchair/handicap accessible stall in the women's room will be in full view of anyone in the foyer. This is unacceptable! If a handicapped person happens to need assistance in the restroom wherein the bathroom stall door cannot be closed there will be no privacy for that individual! I will not be back. Ever! Filthy, smelly, disgusting. They have no respect for the people who pay the bills.
