The site made it very easy to complete all necessary paperwork and even upload my insurance cards and driver's license through their website. This made checking in simple, which is nice especially when you're not feeling well. Upon checking in, I was greeted by the very helpful and pleasant office manager. I'm sorry that I didn't catch her name, but I do know that she worked the day before which was Christmas...and she still had a very friendly disposition. She was so kind to everyone who entered and exited the facility, it made for a great experience. There are book shelves in both rooms and a large fish tank in the "sick" waiting room. Both rooms are very large and both are clean and neat. The bathroom is very clean as well. They just recently expanded and added another Nurse Practitioner for the easy things. They have weekend hours as well. I've always had friendly and courteous service. We arrived at 2:15 and were immediately greeted by the front desk staff and checked in. After a painless checkin process we were called back about five minutes later. She and I were escorted to a room by the nurse and not even ten minutes later the doctor comes in. I could not believe how quickly it was all going. The doc was so sweet and took the time to talk to us. You could tell she was one of the good ones. In the end The diagnoses was an ear infection. She prescribed her an antibiotic and we went on our merry way all within 20-30 minutes. I can't praise them enough on how they treated my sicky girl and me.
