It was supposed to have a tv that played soothing videos and be equipped with cameras that we could log into and check on them at our convenience. We were not allowed to see this in person because of "safety protocol" and the morning we checked them in we were informed that the cameras were down. We had no way of knowing if we got anything that we were charged extra for, and we were charged a lot extra. They were unapologetic about this and did not offer to reduce the bill for the services that were not provided. Over $200 for 24 hours and I have no idea if we got anything we payed extra for. Pros: skilled vets and usually can get an appointment quickly Cons: they squeeze you for every dime and you must take it on faith that you are getting what you paid for.

She had hives bad and was throwing up hence the reason we were there. The vet was kind but had little to offer other than reassurance that she would be okay and possibly a steroid which honestly at the point they finally got her she was ok from the Benadryl I gave. They were understanding and not judging me for still taking her in. She is my baby and I was very worried with the amount of hives on her face and neck. Just not impressed with the "emergency part" as we ended up wait hours to be seen.

We have one who is not good with strangers and will hiss at Dr. Brown, but he handles it wonderfully and tries to make friends. He is patient and will take his time to ensure things are done correctly and all concerns are taken care of.
