I will never use this company again mind you I live 10 minutes from them. I have rented several dumpsters and have never had an issue like this before. The "Boss" Al has a slick mouth and thinks he's going to be rude to me (haha). Little does he know who I am. This company tried charging my bank over $400 after I paid for the dumpster. No where on any document that I signed did it say that. I asked him several times to send the proof of me acknowledging of this fee and of course I did not get it. His comment to me was, "If you want to play this game then get ready." Mind you, today was pick up day. It was already 12pm and still no correspondence as to when it was being picked up. This company is ran my people who are clueless. They refuse to pick up a container because they could not steel another 400 dollar deposit after I all ready paid over 500. I have let them take the deposit in the past and they all ways say it is over weight. Never fails. They pocket the money and they never actually say how much the dump charges them.
