I went by the bank to ask why the interest had dropped by a factor of almost 17 and was told that Wells Fargo had decided to cut my rate. On this coming Monday I will be drawing all of our money OUT of Wells Fargo. I will never trust this bank again.

He was "conveniently" disconnected immediately after that remark. Then she called back and had the nerve to deny ever calling him that. He had her on speaker phone and I heard her call him that name as well. We will not give our business to a bank that treats their customers that way!! We happily went to TD Bank the very next day.

They essentially protected the person who stole my card info instead of me, the account holder. Eventually the fraud center stepped in and locked my account and started the process of sending me my new card. It took them 20 days to put my new card in the mail on top of the extra days for my card to arrive. I told them 10-14 business days is misleading, especially when I've had no access to my money. When asked if there was anyone I could talk to about the very poorly handled situation, I was told no. Please save yourself the trouble and do not bank with them.

I went to the drive-through at 8:30am the other morning, not aware of the "9am rule". There were at least three employees standing by the window. One of them told me that I should "roll up my window because it's cold outside and I had another half-hour to wait.". I just wanted to make a straight deposit, but no one cared. I'm going to look into the new credit union on Russ Avenue near Soco Road. Maybe they value business customers.

My home loan in 2010 was handled professionally by them and so when I needed a home equity loan and they were promoting 2% special rate I went to them. Three months later they still haven't made a decision. I have provided information they requested, some of it twice. Very poor communication. They verified my net worth, value of my home exceeds what I am asking for and still waiting for a response. Save yourself this aggravation. Go elsewhere.
