I went by the bank to ask why the interest had dropped by a factor of almost 17 and was told that Wells Fargo had decided to cut my rate. On this coming Monday I will be drawing all of our money OUT of Wells Fargo. I will never trust this bank again.

I've used this bank for five years now, and frankly I'm not sure why I haven't moved my money…read moresomewhere else. I'm not impressed with most of the staff, the two or three employees that have treated me well and did their jobs competently, soon moved on to other banks. This bank does offer most of the amenities that all banks offer now, but nothing unique. Most of their incentives are geared toward you bringing on new customers for them.

One of them told me that I should "roll up my window because it's cold outside and I had another half-hour to wait.". I just wanted to make a straight deposit, but no one cared. I'm going to look into the new credit union on Russ Avenue near Soco Road. Maybe they value business customers.

Three months later they still haven't made a decision. I have provided information they requested, some of it twice. Very poor communication. They verified my net worth, value of my home exceeds what I am asking for and still waiting for a response. Save yourself this aggravation. Go elsewhere.
