I had a window issue in my new home that I couldn't find anyone to help with. I contacted multiple contractors and different companies and it was clear my business was never important - I'd get ghosted for appointments, took months to get quotes, and more. I finally found Smart Shield and was contacted almost immediately after requesting a callback. The owner, Bryan, was so incredibly kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. He helped customize a plan for our home based on what would remedy our current situation and prevent future issues. The process to get started was easy (and very digital which earns extra bonus points in my book) and it was a few weeks until installation. The installation went great and I've never had an issue with the windows. It went so well, that we had Smart Shield come back and put in new doors for us, more window replacements, and replace our siding. While that was a bigger job, the process was just as wonderful. The team at Smart Shield is HIGHLY communicative. The installation crew are all lovely, respectful, and masters of their craft. They have impeccable clean up after as well! They are my first call whenever we need something done and will continue to be the only company I recommend.
