I contacted multiple contractors and different companies and it was clear my business was never important - I'd get ghosted for appointments, took months to get quotes, and more. I finally found Smart Shield and was contacted almost immediately after requesting a callback. The owner, Bryan, was so incredibly kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. He helped customize a plan for our home based on what would remedy our current situation and prevent future issues. The process to get started was easy (and very digital which earns extra bonus points in my book) and it was a few weeks until installation. The installation went great and I've never had an issue with the windows. It went so well, that we had Smart Shield come back and put in new doors for us, more window replacements, and replace our siding. While that was a bigger job, the process was just as wonderful. About 4-6 weeks later, Blake contacted me and scheduled for installation. Robert and his team did an excellent job installing the windows. I had a total of 11 windows installed on the first floor of my property in Nov 2023. They completed the job in 1 and half days. It could have been done in one day but the sunset in November didn't allow. Some of the pictures of the completed job are shown below.
