We are headed back to New Orleans next week for a few days, and will certainly be contacting them again for our pup care, but in looking at the site I discovered that I did not leave a review last year (I simply missed the review prompt or something, I'm embarrassed to say the least!). My dogs can be a little timid but they warmed right up to Laura during our initial meeting. It's obvious she is a true animal lover. My daschund (3years old) was attacked & killed by 2 dogs while in the play yard. Being a holiday, the 2 attacking dogs were boarders. I'm giving 1 star only because the owner has promised to make changes so that this never happens again. My point in posting this is to alert anyone considering boarding or daycare for their pet please do your research & make sure that there is adequate staffing & supervision for the animals & policies in place to prevent/ minimize incidents like this. It won't bring Finn back but if I can prevent this happening again, it will be a small measure of closure.

I understand that they may be very busy but at least have the common courtesy to contact me back.

The staff is excellent, I love the webcams, suite options, and the staff is always attentive and focused.. I never see them on their phones or distracted, and it's obvious that they truly care about the dogs. Also appreciate that timely updates about anything unusual are thoughtfully communicated so I don't panic. Ive tried most of the boarding places in town- this one is the best. ( And I have English Bulldogs which are notoriously high maintenance)

The company we paid to watch our dog, lost our dog!!!!!…read more Pawliday Inn and Services was in care of our dog Chloe. The staff overseeing her left all the dogs outside while they went inside and the gate was left open due to gross negligence. Our dog escaped from their care on 29 December 2023. As of Jan 18th 2024 we're still looking for our dog.
