May appeared professional, was knowledgeable about her services, and clearly cares about animals. Based on our early interactions, she seemed capable and experienced. However, communication became a major concern. Email responses were very slow, and important details were not provided until the last minute. The most concerning issue occurred one week before the wedding, when we finally received an invoice that included unexpected charges. While we were initially quoted $75 per hour, the invoice included over $200 in additional "consultation" fees. There was no formal consultation--only a few email exchanges (approximately 3-4 emails) requesting basic information about services and timelines, many of which went unanswered. Due to the lack of timely communication and the surprise fees so close to our wedding date, we ultimately felt uncomfortable moving forward and canceled our plans. Future clients may want to clarify all fees in writing upfront and ensure communication expectations are clearly established.

I called my regular vet, and although I've never had any issues with them in the past, I was disappointed by how nonchalant the response was. I understand that they had no appointments available, but there was also very little empathy or reassurance. I was simply advised to take my puppy to an emergency vet or come in the next day. I then called Animal Care Clinic, and the person who answered the phone was incredibly caring, compassionate, and concerned. After consulting with Dr. Esposito, they advised me to bring my puppy in right away. Without going into all of the details, I can honestly say that Dr. Esposito and the entire staff were amazing. Although the situation could have been very serious, they kept the atmosphere calm and even lighthearted while making sure my puppy received the care and attention she needed. I am so grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed both my puppy and me. It was clear that they truly cared, and that meant so much during an incredibly stressful situation. In my experience I check the cameras intermittently throughout the day and sometimes he is napping in the kennel other times he is out on the play yard living his best life. Just depends on the time of day you check, but I assure you they get plenty of play time and socialization. He normally sleeps good the next day because he plays so hard while there. They even post daily pics of the dogs to their facebook so if you miss your pets play times, you can be reassured there as well. The staff is also wonderful and are always happy to see him. From the moment I walked in everyone was absolutely amazing and super welcoming. I decided to add play time as well as have them groomed and it was the best decision. I dropped them off around 9am and picked them up around 530pm. The price was amazing for what they provide, coming from California I was used to paying $350 for both dogs just to get groomed, It felt like a crime leaving paying what I did! It was no where close to that, I would have been completely okay with paying more! That's how happy I am with The Rovervelt. 1. The boys look great 2. grinch feet -gone 3.butts cleaned up 4. they are so soft 5. they smell AMAZING, and last but not least 6. they are soooo tired! They have been asleep (besides to eat dinner -but I wouldn't want to sleep through dinner, so I don't blame them) since we got home. They told me they loved playing and they couldn't get them out of pool haha. We plan on returning weekly for full day play, monthly for grooming, and boarding with we go out of town.
