However, we were paying several thousand $$ more a month for our mom to receive the highest level of care that was offered, and they didn't deliver on all of the services that they promised. She needed one on one help with eating, and no one helped her. We complained and complained about this to no avail. We had to go over there every day to make sure our mother was fed. They did, however, continue to charge us the highest rate because our mother was receiving some of the services on that level of care. If your loved one needs to be fed--know that that's not going to happen at this facility.
