Since the moment I walked-in to drop off the items the lady gave me an attitude as if she was doing me a favor. After complaining the entire time, she assured me they will do it how I wanted and will text me a picture for a proof before starting the job. Two weeks pass and did not hear from her. Called the store for two days, no answer and VM full, had to email them. Finally received a call back that they are currently working on my pieces and almost done. What?!? I asked her what happened to the proof they promised? Her response "Oh yes, I forgot. I can stop the machine and send you a picture." At this point the pieces were already ruined, there was no way they could remove what they already started. Went to pick up the pieces, same lady just worse attended. Put the bag on the counter and walked away, no greeting, didn't even bother to check if the work was done. The pieces I dropped off were brand new, we even opened it when I dropped them off and they broke the zipper of the chair cover! When I realized it, she said, "nope they didn't happen here, we didn't need to open it. I'm not taking these order anymore". Unacceptable. They were attentive to our concerns, and devised tutoring programs that targeted their weaknesses while building upon their strengths. I have never encountered such wonderful staff! The best part is that the staff and tutors are bilingual. I recommended this tutoring center in Doral to my cousin who has two children from Venezuela who are in the process of learning English. The Director is caring and compassionate. While explaining how they would help my children the Director was attentive, and open to any questions or concerns that I had. What I enjoyed the most was the monthly follow-ups by the Director informing me of my children's progress, her visit to my children's school on two separate occasions, and the incredible counseling she gave my son for the ACT! My daughter, who is in high school as well, increased her scores on the FSA as a result of the FSA/Reading program she took at Huntington in Doral. Their programs are very much in line with common core state standards.
