Very knowledgeable and professional staff! I came in for a consultation, and I was seen by Melissa. I told her I was interested in lip fillers, and Botox in my fine lines and massetter. She did an assessment on the areas I wanted treatment on, and she was very thorough and informative. She communicated what areas she thought needed treatment based off my face and lip symmetry. She was also conservative with her recommendations, which I appreciate because I also wanted a more natural look. I ended up getting the Botox in the massetter and fine lines, and lip fillers. Melissa had a pretty light hand, and the discomfort was tolerable. My 1 yr old was with me and woke up from her nap right before we were done with treatment. The staff helped me with her, and it was greatly appreciated! They offer a monthly membership of $99 that can go towards your future treatment. It also comes with other incentives like discounts on treatment and free red light therapy once a month and facials and chemical peels at 6 month to 1 yr anniversary (I believe). Haven't had complete service but we did come in for a consultation. Place is very pretty and clean. The front office staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The consultation was thorough and very friendly and informative. We will definitely come here to get services. We were provided a quote for a couple of services we inquired about. Prices are okay for the first timers. However I feel the prices may consume people and at these times, people are struggling to choose what they really want and if they can keep up with one place due to the overpricing. Competitive prices is what is giving some of these other places second and third chances. We'll see how the prices go once an established patient and no longer a new patient with introductory rate. I found HoneMD through Instagram ads. The color tones of the space itself is beautiful and parking is easy to find. I intended to get Xeomin which was part of their "model call" offer and I have gotten before and liked it. When it came down to treatment, the nurse almost seemed annoyed or disappointed that I didn't want to upgrade to Botox (which I've also had in the past). She also commented on my lip filler (not from Hone) beginning to migrate and that I should have it dissolved and re-done, which it is and I understand this is a consultation, but I declined for now. I also came with my sis in law who got Botox and lip filler. The nurse was mostly friendly and talkative, but a little scattered when it came to the iPad intake / photos / payment, and so we ended up being there for more than two hours! I'm not in a rush but that seems like a long time. Fast forward to the follow up appointment two weeks later, again I came with my sis in law. We saw the same nurse, and she recognized each of us, but got our profiles or treatments mixed up. She tells me "it looks like the lip filler is settling nicely" and I told her I didn't get any.. plus her previous comment... Did the tox settle nicely? Sure (and lasted about 3 months). Will I return? Probably not. There were just a few things in my experience that I did not particularly care for. I had masseter tox done by Erika and loved my experience! She took the time to explain all my neurotoxin options. I ended up going with Xeomin which best suited my goals (I've never had injections before and wanted something shorter lasting and more budget friendly to start). I've been to many different places for hair restoration but HoneMD was the only one that worked. The NP used a PRF matrix called Selphyl which has more growth factors than PRP, and it was priced very competitively. The staff was also very professional and accommodating.
