First of all, I found Dr. Tahsini coldly reservered. That's okay, even though a, "Hi, how are you?", would have been welcomed. After the Botox treatment, I went home and a few days later, I noticed the muscle over my left eyebrow started to lift. After it didn't relax for two days, I called and the receptionist had me come in to see the doctor. So I did, and I expected an apology or some kind of comment or explanation from the doctor, but he said nothing, not even, "Oh!". Somehow, he fixed it as it went back to normal a few days later. I never went back. I had the feeling he didn't even see me as a person worthy of, "You're welcome", after I said, "Thank you."

That's fine. What I don't think is "fine" is getting injected and having them hand you an iPad with a "tip" for your injector. Already looking at 20%. It should not be ethical to "tip" for any medical (whether elective or not) based stuff. So let's say you spend 1k on an injectable.... Are they really expecting you to tip $200 for 5 min of time? So what... I'm paying an injector more than my lawyer or a surgeon? No thank you.

I'm writing this review to warn others about the possible side effects of facial laser treatment…read morebecause I do not feel I was properly informed of the risks beforehand. I had laser treatment performed on my entire face, including around my eyes. After the procedure, I developed severe post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation under both eyes. I was verbally told there was only a possibility of small hyperpigmentation spots, not extensive dark discoloration covering the entire under-eye area. I will admit that I did not thoroughly read all of the paperwork I signed. However, if I had fully understood that this could be a possible outcome, I never would have agreed to the procedure. I now look worse than I did before the treatment, which has been incredibly distressing and the emotional impact of this experience has been far greater than I was prepared for. I returned for follow-up appointments and was repeatedly assured that results can take up to 90 days. Unfortunately, at the 90-day mark, there was still no meaningful improvement. I contacted the spa again via text message, which had been our primary form of communication, and sent photos showing the condition of my eyes after 90 days. I never received a response. I strongly encourage anyone considering this treatment to fully research the potential risks and make sure they clearly understand all possible side effects before proceeding.
