The facility is clean and aesthetically pleasing. If you have an appointment they ask you to wash your face in a separate room. So bring a hair tie! I was also given additional consult free of charge along with facial mask to take care of my post routine. They definitely do not try to upsell anything to you. I've been going in the last 3 weekends for an IV drip with NAD+ and glutathione and it has been such a great decision.
