They stayed late to take a look at my transmission, said they didn't see a crack or leak, but it was low on fluid so they topped it off and sent me on my way. They were really nice and honest -- they could have told me anything and I would have believed them. They charged me 1/2 hour labor and that was it. The lobby area was messy and dirty but other than that I was very impressed.

We do NOT recommend this mechanic…read more Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. We received a quote to replace our brake lines and paid him for the work. However, after the repairs, the truck was still not drivable. He then told us it would cost even more to repair the brake lines, even though repairing the brake lines was part of the original quote. If you choose to use this mechanic, make sure you get a written, itemized estimate before any work begins, and confirm exactly what is included in the quoted price. He accepts Venmo and Cash App, but I would recommend paying by check made out to the business name rather than sending money to a personal payment account. It may provide better documentation if a dispute arises. Based on our experience, we now have to pay someone else to complete the repair because we no longer had confidence that the work would be completed correctly or at all. As a result, we are out the money we were quoted for the repairs and still have a truck that we are unable to drive.

They found a replacement and I again had a truck to store items. The broken door on the driver side drained the battery and I needed to get the car jumped frequently.
