I felt Kelly was not being honest with me so I did not acknowledge their quote. Today, Kruse proved me right! Not only did Kruse give me a specific reason related to an exhaust leak (which isn't even CLOSE to what Kelly would have robbed me for). Kruse went way above what I expected with their HONESTY!!! Once you emerge on the building you have to by pass all the open bays to get to the shore front. Once this day there were four desk people working. All were professional in fees and conduct. The were eager to help. I listened to many stories on why a car had problems and what solutions they offered. All were done with respect and non pressure. There were about 10 tech jams working today. Plenty help help to process scheduled appointments and walk ins. Today in choose to make an appointment on line. It was easy to do. They seemed prepared to start my work by time the appointment time arrived. My day was costly than I planned. I feel like they were being honest about my issues. The cost seemed a lot but probably fair. The work took over 3.5 hours. On the down side...I noticed the all important sign going into the shop that required people to wear safety glasses. 9 of 12 people didn't wear safety glasses including 4 management/desk types.

Half a day after bringing it in to NWSC, I had a car that purred, made no noises, not a whiff of gasoline, and ran like new. After my first full tank of gas, I calculated I was getting 34.2 mpg (it was interstate driving) which was around 35 mpg when the car was brand new. I couldn't believe it--I will be getting over 50 miles more per tank of gas. The price was significantly lower than my previous place (I checked the itemized receipt against an older one where some of the items were the same such as oil change). Definitely bang for my buck.

Since Subaru doesn't sell individual solenoids, the valve body (w/ four new solenoids attached) was the only way. Expensive part at approximately 1k plus labor but great service and communication. I normally do my own maintenance but for this I needed a $500 scan tool to do a "relearn" after the new part is installed. One of the few times I needed an auto shop. Do not buy anything from this dealership unless you plan to potentially have a worst case scenario experience, only to then have them tell you to kick rocks. Highly, highly, do not recommend purchasing with them. Editing for post purchase experience: I purchased a vehicle over a month ago that I can now not legally drive. We had zero communication from anyone at Evans on registration paperwork we needed, only to spend hours waiting to hear that they had lost the title and apparently decided to not inform us. They then decided to give me a dealer plate that I learned I was unable to use out of state (and apparently in state as the BMV says that it's only for dealer owned vehicles) on a trip we had planned post purchase. I am now out quite a bit of money on having to purchase extremely last minute plane tickets and a rental car because I cannot use the vehicle I purchased and have already started making payments on.
