Two no call/no shows for a scheduled installation. We rearranged our schedules both times to accommodate the appointment. Calls went unanswered and the voicemail box was full. Communication and reliability are basic expectations when hiring a company for home services. It's also concerning when the customer experience doesn't seem to align with some of the reviews posted online. Very disappointing experience and will not recommend to anyone. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they never answer there office number, can not leave a message because the mailbox is full. the answering machine says for quicker service text them and i did text them over 20 times in a 3 week span and they did not answer any texts, took them about a month to finally fix my dishwasher. had an appointment, a 4 hour window, Lamar finally called me an hour past the window, said he would be there in 30 minutes. They are a dishonest and low-quality repair company. They came a month ago through my home insurance, promising to have my stove part delivered within 10 days. Both we and the insurance company have kept calling the company, but no one answers. The voicemail box is full. I do not recommend them. read more

I was somewhat leery when this company was assigned to my home warranty issue, but what a great surprise. This company was outstanding! The office and Lamar both kept me informed of the schedule and were very pleasant to talk with. The first visit only took a few minutes to correctly diagnose the problem the washer and the part was ordered. When the replacement part came in earlier than anticipated Lamar came out the next work day and took less than 15 minutes to do the repair and check out that everything worked as it should. Lamar was a total professional, polite, informative and very respectful of our condo. I have dealt with many repair companies over the last 60+ years and this company is one of the absolute best! If I was able to give them -100 stars that would definitely be the the case. They is the worst company that I have ever interacted with. We requested service through 2-10 and they appointed us this so called company on April 29, 2025. Lamar came out looked at the washer and dryer diagnosed the problem. Scheduled for repair on May 1 absolutely fixed nothing said it was a different issue and he need to order different parts. From May 1 to July 11 he was telling us that he was waiting on parts from 2-10. Once I decided that I no longer wanted to continue to protect his company being that he was black owned. I contacted 2-10, which they contacted him and he told them that he repaired the washer and was needing to connect them because he he received the wrong part for the dryer. What?????? This man have not repaired anything. Honest and Quality? More like Lies and Trash! This was July 2. So he scheduled to come out July 11, did not call nor did he so up. I called and texted to request eta did not respond at all. I have been beyond patient with this pathetic company Honest and Quality, what a joke. So let me start off by saying that my time is precious to me, just like yours is to you. We had an appointment for the contractor to come and fix my oven. I took off work the day of the appointment because the hours were between 8-5. No one showed, not even a fricken call to say we cant make it. I also called the office to find out why they didn't show and to reschedule. No one took the time to even return my call. I took this as a sign to find someone else, I didn't want to start my year off dealing with people this way. Your customer service is not good and everyone should be treated with common courtesy rather your with a warranty company or not. You need to get better at communicating with your customers, they are the reason you are still in business. read more

Avoid this company at all costs. They no-showed several appointments before finally arriving to fix my fridge. The tech pulled the fridge out and scratched my wooden floors very badly in the process. He re-adjusted the feet of the fridge, collected payment, and said my problem was fixed. Obviously it was not fixed. He was supposed to come back the following week to actually fix the problem and never showed up. He's also denying damaging my floors. The company is now saying my work order (through home warranty) is showing as 'closed', so there's nothing they can do. This company is founded on lies, poor customer service, unknowledgeable techs, and predatory behavior. If you absolutely have to hire them, do not pay until the job is done, or you will never see that money again nor have your appliances repaired. read more

After several no shows,Lamar shows up late and reeking of marijuana.He was aggressive and rude.He claims that my dryer couldn't be repaired and helped my elderly father take it outside our garage saying that it may catch fire,which wasn't true because after viewing my camera,I seen that Lamar came back in the middle of the night and stole my dryer out of my driveway in his white minivan .I reached out to Lamar he denied it even after I sent him proof that it was him.I asked him to return my dryer,he blocked my number so I began searching for him on social media,I see that he sold my "alleged" un repairable dryer for $300 on marketplace the next day.A report was filed,please believe the reviews,I should have!!This company is a scam and lacks professionalism and integrity. read more

If I could give zero stars for this company, I would. We were assigned this company to repair our dishwasher through our home warranty company. They "honestly" don't care and don't even answer their phone. They came out, said they had to order a new part, and we couldn't get them to come back to install it. They kept canceling appointments and then cancelled our request with the home warranty because we were upset over their lack of showing up. What an experience. I waited a month for them to come "repair" my washing machine, and because they kept messing around and delaying, I finally had to buy an entirely new washing machine. The customer service is comical - they will not proactively reach out to you to confirm appointments or tell you when your parts have arrived. Avoid at all costs. The name Honest & Quality is the perfect name for this company! After dealing with 2 other clueless, uncommunicative and unreliable contractors over the last 6 weeks, this company was a breath of fresh air and has made it to my phone contacts as the ONLY one to call. Lamar expertly diagnosed the problem (water not coming out of refrigerator dispenser), educated me on a manufacturer issue/fix, made adjustments to refrigerator to reduce repeat issues and did some unrelated maintenance just because he saw a need.
