Now this week we had an urgent need for a repair from damage to our gate (we have a dog that could get loose and told them we needed it fixed as soon as possible) that was done by a cement company installing a patio. I have texted and contacted by calling 3 to 4 times. Was told each time that someone would get in touch with me. It is now four days later and I can't even get them to tell me someone will come look at the gate to see what needs to be fixed. No one is returning our calls or texts. When Josh came to inspection our roof and to provide an estimate of what our 40 year old home needed, the report was very detailed about what we needed to have done.
