Dropped it off in the morning and got a call later stating it was just the thermostat. 200$ Ok great I was sure it was the water pump but that was good news so I had them replace it. Picked it up that evening and drive the ten blocks home and it was leaking as bad as it was when I dropped it off. I'm not sure they even checked the work they did. So I drop it back off the next morning and say it's still leaking. They look at it and say it is the water pump (like I told them in the first place) and charged me another 475$ Now if you know about cars these two parts are in the same area requiring them to remove all the same things. No discount on labor according to the work order even though he said they would. These guys are scamming good people. I'll be going to dons circle service from now on.

I then went to give the owner the keys as I am supposed to do after I drop every vehicle. He then came at me after I put the keys onto his desked.
