They responded in a timely fashion, did a great job towing my baby back to the shop. I definitely recommend!

I thought, nah, I will be alright, I can take it in tomorrow if it happens again. Fast forward another mile, I am pulled over calling roadside service because my car is now making a bizarre sound and shifting weird. I sort out everything with RA and they text me that Statewide is coming to get me and drop my car off at the dealer (yes, the one my dumb arse passed earlier). He showed up within 20 minutes, packed it up like a champ, had a lively conversation in the cab (again, saving me from a total tear fest - who needs car trouble), dropped it in the dealership parking lot like a champ (no scrapes, scratches, damage, just parked neatly like it never happened), and waited for me to fill out my key drop ticket. I have worked with a couple towing companies in the past, but the passion with which Statewide Towing showed for serving its customers tonight won them a spot in my favorites/contact list. I pray I never see Allen again under bad circumstances, but I am happy to know if I need Statewide Towing again, they will be there and ready to roll. Outstanding job! Edit 09/28: I ran in to Allen when I picked up my vehicle this week! What a funny guy, remembered me and had a quick, friendly chat. Hopefully this will be the last time I am in a vehicle conundrum for a while!

Okay service, but make sure you ask questions and know exactly what you're getting into…read more I was skeptical and I had two referrals that were frugal consumers and very happy with what he offered. Okay away I went with my blind trust - We had a "gentleman's agreement" to begin with (no contract - just a payment). Total transparency::::Perhaps if my circumstances didn't change midway (I got offered a car midway through our chats and was just looking to sell my much newer car vs at the beginning of the 'agreement' I was going to buy AND sell through him). Also my encounter with him was at the beginning of the COVID pandemic (mid-March) which didn't help timing / the offers by the dealers. Overall "customer service" was ok, but because of the change of circumstances midway and COVID beginning from the dealers - resulted in a 'tough shit' from him (he compared it to a lawyer - even if you don't win you still pay) Fine but I didn't even use any of the resources / offers he found - and I was out hundred of dollars with no real return (I didn't even use any of the dealers he got a quote at to sell the car). In hindsight I wish I would have asked more questions or there would have been a partial payment to get quoted in the cars and then the final payment once the transaction occurred. Overall - ask questions and know what happens in all possible scenarios.

Bob found me a decent deal, but I can't say he was much of an advocate. He did not "do all the…read moretalking for me" or even most of it, chiming in only occasionally when the sales person was not present. Because my trade-in was not worth much, there was no negotiating the price of the car. This would have been admissible had he helped with the interest rate (mostly silent) or performed a better inspection. His inspection of the vehicle was not thorough because he missed a deep chip in the paint in a visible location. If you're looking for a mechanic to give you a detailed history of the vehicle, look elsewhere. Bob took a brief look under the hood, but did not use any diagnostic tools. Bob's services may be worth it for you if you are not confident about finding a good deal or negotiating your trade-in. Not if you want a thorough history or inspection of the vehicle.

Very pleased. One suggestion though...appraisal should be an add on…read more I was considering buying a car from a dealership 2 states away. Called Lemon Squad and paid the $330. 2 hours later the inspection began. Results were in my email 36 hours later. Inspector did a thorough job and included 72 pictures including one if the code scanner results. They also measured the tread depth of each tire and included all findings in an easy to ready report. Lemon Squad saved me the disappointment of flying to Illinois in winter to pick up a sports car only to learn the tires were barely legal after the dealer ad and salesperson repeatedly assured me that everything on the car was mint. The dealership has since refused to replace the tires (3/32nds) or discount their price as they are selling the 2001 Corvette Z06 with 22,000 miles as-is. Thank you, Lemon Squad, for helping a guy out.

We ordered the inspection Thursday evening. On Friday, they communicated with the dealer they would be there Saturday. No show. The salesman said he called him, no answer. Monday, at 6:15 pm, they showed up, 45 mins before the dealership was to close. The truck had sold that evening. Super disappointed. And now the email said due to the "effort already put in", we can't have our $$ back. $300. We do, however, have a 90 day window to try again. This truck was super specific and very hard to find. Very disappointed.

Here is his exact description of the vehicle we purchased as he describe it "all lights, turn signals, radio, wipers, heater, gauges, etc. are all in good working condition". Well the RADIO, WIPERS, CLOCK don't work! Upon arrival the car had a serious fuel leak and almost didn't start. I installed a new "real" fuel line. It had some kind of yellow plastic line. We then took off on our first adventure in the car. After 1 1/2 hours we headed home. We heard a load scraping noise. The right front wheel bearing cratered. We limped it home. We smelled gas the whole trip. We discovered the carb was leaking fuel in several areas. So we've enlisted a Ford expert to help us locate all the leaks from the engine. I replaced the front wheel bearings after 9 hours!!! Then the next day the driver door wouldn't open. I finally got it open. The engine leaks oil like a stuck pig! The car needs a "puppy pad" underneath it to catch all the leaks! The following items DON'T work as advertised!! Horn, wipers, radio, clock!!! Everyday we wake up wondering what will be wrong with the car today! But the worst part of the transaction is Matt's SLOW or NO response. I gave him a over a week to check back and see how we liked the car. CRICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We spent 40K on a car and he could care less!!!!!!! No communications. I left a voice mail about our issues 24 hours ago and no response so I'm leaving him a horrible review!!! Spending this kind of money on an unseen car is scary. I feel you CANNOT trust Matt! He told us this was a #2 car!!!!!!! Really????? His exact words in his description were "this is a rare, classic car that can be driven anywhere with no worries." Well that is a lie!!!!! 8 days later we have still not heard from Matt. We can't take the car out without worrying about what will fail next! The car won't start after driving it for over 15 minutes. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be warned!!!!!!!!!!! Run away from Matt and Mad Muscle Garage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
