As a result, you get a scrambled, random, and unreliable data warehouse. There is virtually no way a toy application can be successful in the enterprise space and compete with sophistication of data management algorithms behind Google and ChatGPT. Net suite is great at financial accounting transactions, not as feature rich in manufacturing and inventory mgt when compared to big players like SAP , Dynamics, intuit etc... The customer service is a key issue, they rely heavily on sending calls to Philippines, it's a great country to outsource but not for technical issues. There are many softwares with great features at same price point as Netsuite or lower but not many who can back up the software with required customer service. Netsuite provides good financial and accounting features with poor and frustrating customer service, feel sorry to give netsuite one star because of that.

The product allows the user to create a macros type app to pull data from and import back into CRM without doing a Dynamics CRM upload. Our Rep, Jerret Kasper, and Subject Matter Expert, Pranav Shah, were extremely helpful and worked so diligently with me through every bug and error so we could get the most out of the software client. Unfortunately, at the end of our test period X-Author did not have all of the capabilities our VP of Sales and myself needed to make it work. I know they are steadily adding to X-Author and I hope to revisit it in a year or so.

It was essentially a data recovery issue that would take a couple of weeks. He explained the lengthy process, taking up to 2 weeks due to shipment of a part, running a particular software and the actual data extract. I called back after a few weeks and he told me that the part they shipped was defective and would need to begin the whole process again. I know that things like this happen often especially with older computers so I was patient with the situation. Well its a couple of months now with no update. I've tried to email the contact and website, call both phones but the vmail tells me that the mail box is full. At this point I'm not really sure how proceed and would gladly take back my new external hard drive if they cant recover the data. Anyone else have a similar issue with them?

I was having difficulty finding a reasonable place to get my computer fixed. I have a Macbook and the screen had cracked so much so that I could barely see anything through what looked like blue ink leaks. I called around to at least 6 different places getting quotes on how much it would cost to fix my screen. The apple store said something around $800 while the wefixmacs guys said it would cost around $400. When I called Business & Home Computer Services, they told me that it shouldn't take long to fix a screen and that it would only cost me about $80 (I had already purchased the screen online). It ended up taking them an hour or two longer than they thought to fix my computer, but Mike and Julie were so kind as to stick to their quoted price. I ended up paying them as much as I could afford, though :). Mike was able to fix my screen without ruining anything else on the computer (not an easy task to do on a Mac!). It works wonderfully and I love being able to watch all of my TV shows now on a beautiful, clear screen! AMAZING service and I will definitely go back whenever (or IF ever) I need anything else fixed.
