When my solar panels were upgraded they removed my StarLink Gen2 and I put it in storage. The rooftop TV antenna I had installed several years ago (by another company) at my house recently failed in a rather spectacular fashion when the metal in the tripod corroded all the way through. I found the Remo group on Yelp and gave them a call. Remo answered my call and asked me a few questions to understand what was going on. While my intention was just to replace the broken part, Remo asked how my channel reception was, and I explained that it wasn't always great. He advised that I buy a particular Televes DiNova antenna available on Amazon that was likely to work in my case, which his technician could install. I thought this was thoughtful of him because it meant he wasn't trying to sell me something himself with a markup. He explained that his technician could come out with a couple mounting options in the truck so that he could make a decision on the spot as to the most effective and least ugly installation. I'm glad he did because we wound up going with a much smaller post than what we had before.
