With short notice G6 catering not only rose to the occasion providing hors d'oeuvres and main course within the budget we had established with the other caterer. Chef Gilbert's signature pulled pork tacos were talked about for weeks after the reception. Before the wedding he invited my wife and I to taste test everything he would be offering for our event and that in itself was a special occasion. I have also been lucky enough to try one of his specialty steaks and I can tell you that I have never had better; and I consider myself a steak guy.
