I have a clogged over flow line that leaves out of my septic tank. Brook's Plumbing came out and ran a snake down both ways in the piping and attempted to flush out the line with a bladder. All in all about an hour and a half worth of work and came to the conclusion that the line may be collapsed. I accepted the defeat, hoping it was an easy fix. So with that said I asked what do I owe them for the work they did and it came out to $650. To run a snake up the pipe and utilize the bladder and very little hand digging $650 and the issue was never resolve. And then got offered that they will come out with a mini trackhoe to dig and fix the issue for $1800 pulse cost of materials. I will never again hire a plumber, I might even quit my job as a natural gas pipeliner and start work as a plumber. I feel so cheated out of $650 for nothing really. I Couldn't in my right mind charge somebody full price for that little work and not fixing the issue. Sure make a few bucks coming out to the site and attempting to fix it. But $650??? And septic system is still messed up.... Never again Brooks plumbing. read more

Incredibly professional, polite and efficient. They explained everything that had gone wrong and detailed how they would approach the repairs. They were punctual and - if you can believe it - cheerful! Daniel was actually singing carols as they worked! No one wants to find out they need extensive repairs - especially at the holidays - but they were very reasonable and as you can see, did a careful and considerate job. Was having trouble with 2 very old hot water heaters. Plumber from Brooks came out and recommended replacing them. With their help and information I replaced the two tanks with a waterless hot water heater. Service was provided within 24 hrs. My house and contents were treated with respect and were left clean and in great condition. Have been very pleased with my decision to hire Brooks. We had a failing water heater and a second water heater showing symptoms of failing. After calling several vendors in the area to gain estimates Brooks was in the lower medium for performing the work. Jonathan, the owner, offered another solution for a tankless water heater. He was not pushy but explained the benefits and was honest and forthright surrounding my questions and concerns. Following some research I found his assessment accurate and we chose to allow them to install a tankless system. He was on time and kept us informed throughout the process.
