This is a new food truck in the Roseburg, Oregon area. The owners are from Texas and they know how to cook meat. We tried all three meat options: turkey, brisket and pulled pork. They gave us three options on the brisket and we chose the lean. We also got a side of baked beans and potato salad. The prices are reasonable and the portions are very generous. The brisket Is the best I've had in my 7 years in the Pacific Northwest. It is straight out of Texas and cooked perfectly: tender, juicy and very well seasoned. Definitely getting that next time. The pulled pork and turkey were excellent, too. I also want to highlight the baked beans. They have a little bit of shredded pork mixed in there and the combo was mixed perfectly. I normally add a little bit of barbecue sauce to my beans because a lot of places make them rather bland, but these beans were perfect as is. Each meat comes with some barbecue sauce and that is excellent, too. Definitely going back to this veteran-owned business! read more

Absolutely the best pulled pork sandwich I have ever had. 45 yrs old and spent 15 yrs in Texas and the guy the runs this place says he is from Houston. Pretty tasty but 14 bucks for a few pieces of brisket is too much $ especially since your a food truck and not a brick and mortar business with employees. Not worth the $ imo. As a side note, brisket had no side dish either. read more
