For example, the number of hosts was reduced from two to one and suddenly the craft we selected was an additional cost. Despite asking her three times for a list of crafts included in the quoted price, she never provided one. When I addressed the discrepancies between what we were originally promised and her new pricing, she accused me of being abrasive. She also claimed that the email we received was the same as everyone else's, even though we had already discussed specific details and chosen our services. Ultimately, she suggested that it might not be a good fit for her team and recommended we cancel. This happened after over a month of trying to communicate and book the event. She was unresponsive to phone calls and texts and even yelled at my boss, using inappropriate language, before agreeing to refund our deposit. It seemed like she was trying to increase her profits and didn't appreciate that we wouldn't accept the new terms. We will not be doing business with her, nor would we recommend her services to others.

They were always quick to respond and took the time to explain everything in detail, which was something I found many other catering companies didn't do nearly as thoroughly. What really set Footers apart was their willingness to create something completely unique for us. They built an entirely new menu around the foods and flavors we love. In comparison, some of the other companies I contacted literally sent me their standard menu straight from their website without changing a thing. Footers listened to what we wanted and made the experience feel completely personalized. If you're a foodie--or work in the food industry--Footers is absolutely the place for you. They connected us with the right vendors, handled our dishes, linens, flatware, and colored goblets, and helped create our botanical seating chart, table numbers, name cards, and bar signage. They even helped set up our dessert table. They made sure we had the custom drink stirrers we specifically wanted, featuring all three of our cats' faces. It was important to us to have our cats included in the celebration without actually being there, and Footers helped make that happen. They also provided wonderful bartenders and helped us find a company that would deliver the alcohol and pick up any unopened bottles. They even made sure we both went home with double portions of the entrees and sides so we would have a chance to enjoy the food after the wedding. I cannot stress enough how delicious everything was--I ate every bite! Their staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable about the food, and kind. We had an amazing representative from their company who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Footers also communicated exceptionally well, not only with us but with our other vendors, helping keep everything organized and on track. I highly recommend Footers for any occasion. Jena and Barbra were very familiar with the Seder and knew all the parts of it. All three, Party Host Helpers, were very engaging with the children and made each child their own special "to go" box and had the boxes labeled and bagged waiting at the door for each family. The rest of the left-over meal was individually boxed, labeled, and placed in the refrigerator. Michaila, Jena and Barbra are truthfully Concierge level luxury server/individuals. In short, they knew what to do, and most importantly they knew how to get it done, all while working in the background. They were very professional and completely transparent as well as being uniquely organized. They never said "No," to requests or adjustments; as always, they only say "I'll figure it out," and they do! And last, but certainly not least, Bridget McElvain, the Regional Director of Party Host Helpers always brings a unique ability to look outside the box. Everybody enjoyed it especially getting to see part of the city since normally team meetings result in just being in a hotel the whole time. Urban Party Adventures made everything as easy as possible, even with some last minute changes.
