Our family LOVES AROMA PETS GROOMING and here are several reasons why: - I'm always happy with how Boo looks after a session here. They take my requests for his "aesthetic" and deliver as best they can. Results are usually right on or close enough. I've never been disappointed. - They are kind, the shop has a calm to it that is really nice. - Their schedule is smart! They're open Weds-Sun - what a great option for working pet parents!! This is just one example of the customer service they provide. - The front desk is great with scheduling for me. They respond to texts, send out automated reminders, and they provide the kind of flexibility I need when juggling a challenging schedule.

However, I would gave them a star off for the lack of communication with the actual groomer. Unlike a haircut, where I discuss my preferences with the stylist, I don't have a personal relationship with the groomer at Aroma Pet Grooming. In my opinion, having a rapport with your beautician is just as important as having a relationship with the person grooming your dog. My last groomer, for instance, groomed Gracie Mae's hair for 4 1/2 years until we moved.

My dog doesn't require any…read morecuts so I was just asking for a wash / nail trim / brush / etc. She told me the appointment would only take an hour which was surprising because typically she would take a little over an hour for this type of appointment. I redeemed the free tooth brush as well. Things to note: - Call first to set appointments - This place is cash only - There's a dog parking station that looks like a pet store, I wish they provided some water here I appreciated the price and how quick the appointment was, unfortunately my dog was still pretty damped when I picked her up. Typically when they are still wet, she sheds a little more than normal so I had to dry her up when I got home and then proceeded to take a while to deshed her. She told me that my dog was a good dog though so I'm happy to hear they got along.
