This was our first time being here and the experience went really well! The lobby is quaint and calm and the receptionist was super nice and helpful with any additional information for Fiona! The visit went by fairly quick and Fiona came back smoothly groomed, soft, and pampered!! We'll be coming back again, thank you :)
I contacted them a day before and were able to get my dog in the next day. They also said it would take 2-3 hours but only took about 1 hour and half so very quick. The haircut and bath is $65
I definitely recommend this place. My cat won't let me groom her or cut her nails due to a bad experience in the past and it triggers her. I decided to give this place a shot since she's not a bad kitty when it comes to doctors and strangers she just gets anxious. Usually after a bad experience shell hide under the bed but after her service today she was totally feeling herself and walking with so much pride. My baby is my everything and making sure she's getting groomed with love is all i can ask for. I'm definitely coming back and their prices are not bad in my opinion and they're not far from me, it just works out! Thank you so much!

The place is small, nice and clean. You can see dogs being trimmed behind the glass and the staff is pretty flexible with appointments, which I appreciated. I used to go to PetSmart but their pricing is so high, I wanted to try something locally owned. I'm glad I tried this place out! I'll be bringing Nala back.

Our family LOVES AROMA PETS GROOMING and here are several reasons why: - I'm always happy with how Boo looks after a session here. They take my requests for his "aesthetic" and deliver as best they can. Results are usually right on or close enough. I've never been disappointed. - They are kind, the shop has a calm to it that is really nice. - Their schedule is smart! They're open Weds-Sun - what a great option for working pet parents!! This is just one example of the customer service they provide. - The front desk is great with scheduling for me. They respond to texts, send out automated reminders, and they provide the kind of flexibility I need when juggling a challenging schedule.
brought in my dog Peluchin looking for new dog grooming studios in the area and the studio was able to book in my dog for same day appointment and was left satisfied with the service. With reasonable pricing and friendly staff for sure will be back and bring Peluchin again.
I've taken my first baby here a couple of times now and have to say, I've been so happy with the treatment and the outcome! I feel that they have understood what I'm looking for and have delivered on this. The receptionist that I have most dealt with, Kylie, has been incredibly loving and sweet with my baby and has been the best communicator throughout any process that my fur baby has gone through. During this recent visit, I want to give props to Patty, who is in charge of his bath and brush, as well as to Selena, who took care of his trim. We will continue to come for all our grooming needs here.
We love Aroma Pets! They are professional and friendly. Very easy to work with and affordable. My little girl always seems so relaxed and happy when I pick her up.

I didn't catch the owner's name, but she was super responsive over Yelp messaging. She gave me upfront pricing, and booking an appointment was very easy. My Samoyed, Winnie, needed a bath and a good comb-out. The pricing felt very fair for everything included: bath, sanitary trim, deshedding, ear cleaning, and a nail trim. Since she's double-coated, I expected it to take a little longer. The whole process took about three hours, and they sent updates on how she was doing along the way, which I appreciated. She looked great when I picked her up, super clean and shiny. They brushed out so much undercoat that she looked half her size, and the sanitary trim was done well. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely bring Winnie back for her grooming. read more

I'm delighted with Aroma Pet Grooming. They've groomed my Gracie Mae twice now, and the girl at the front desk is incredibly friendly. I appreciate the transparent window that allows me to see the groomers working on my pets, which gives me peace of mind. However, I would gave them a star off for the lack of communication with the actual groomer. Unlike a haircut, where I discuss my preferences with the stylist, I don't have a personal relationship with the groomer at Aroma Pet Grooming. In my opinion, having a rapport with your beautician is just as important as having a relationship with the person grooming your dog. My last groomer, for instance, groomed Gracie Mae's hair for 4 1/2 years until we moved. read more

This was our first visit. Was searching around for an open groomer as my sweet Gracie needed her annual glands taken care of quickly. And I was pleasantly surprised that they were open on a Sunday! They got me in for a same day appointment. I love that they do not crate/cage the dogs. I love that we can see through the window to the grooming area. And let me tell you, I was greeted so sweetly and felt right away that my girl was in good care. They work quick and I got Gracie back in a bout an hour. Very friendly staff and very clean location. Plenty of parking and easy to find. You can grab lunch, donuts, bakery/coffee right in the shopping center or do your grocery shopping while you wait. Very convent location. You can't teach an old dog new tricks, but you can make an old dog look stunning by bringing them to Aroma! I happened upon this salon when I requested a quote from a different groomer, but Aroma responded first. And I'm so glad they did! I brought my dog in at 9:15am and I got the call that he was finished by 11am. Upon pick up, I was so impressed with how cute they made him look. The haircut was perfect! They also outfitted him with a snazzy scarf. My dog has been known to get snappy when getting groomed, but I only heard that he behaved well at Aroma - which I take as a testament to the patient stylists that work here. My dog was a rescue and I get nervous leaving him anywhere but I feel like they treated my baby Theodore with such heart and care, that it made the separation feel safe. They were very quick and did such a beautiful and amazing job! I couldn't believe how perfect he looked especially his hair cut! My beautiful Shiba Inu, Miko has been coming here to be bathed and groomed every 2-4 weeks since she was 16 weeks old in 2022 (: I love it here, they always treat her so well even tho I hear she's a pain to blowdry but that's never stopped them my baby girl always comes out so clean and pretty after her groom, I'm happy to take her here so often, it's absolutely worth every penny and my absurd collection of bandanas to prove it read more

Usually it's by appointment only. You can walk in for nail trims or bathing for a small short hair dog.
