I started to write a book as I sat down to post this review, then realized I should make it shorter. Our family LOVES AROMA PETS GROOMING and here are several reasons why: - I'm always happy with how Boo looks after a session here. They take my requests for his "aesthetic" and deliver as best they can. Results are usually right on or close enough. I've never been disappointed. - They are kind, the shop has a calm to it that is really nice. - Their schedule is smart! They're open Weds-Sun - what a great option for working pet parents!! This is just one example of the customer service they provide. - The front desk is great with scheduling for me. They respond to texts, send out automated reminders, and they provide the kind of flexibility I need when juggling a challenging schedule.

My dog was a rescue and I get nervous leaving him anywhere but I feel like they treated my baby Theodore with such heart and care, that it made the separation feel safe. They were very quick and did such a beautiful and amazing job! I couldn't believe how perfect he looked especially his hair cut! It was exactly what I wanted and exactly how they said they would do it. Plus an added bonus was how incredibly soft he feels. I will be going only here from now on. Such talented and caring staff, thank you!

I've taken my first baby here a couple of times now and have to say, I've been so happy with the treatment and the outcome! I feel that they have understood what I'm looking for and have delivered on this. The receptionist that I have most dealt with, Kylie, has been incredibly loving and sweet with my baby and has been the best communicator throughout any process that my fur baby has gone through. During this recent visit, I want to give props to Patty, who is in charge of his bath and brush, as well as to Selena, who took care of his trim. We will continue to come for all our grooming needs here.

You can't teach an old dog new tricks, but you can make an old dog look stunning by bringing them to Aroma! I happened upon this salon when I requested a quote from a different groomer, but Aroma responded first. And I'm so glad they did! I brought my dog in at 9:15am and I got the call that he was finished by 11am. Upon pick up, I was so impressed with how cute they made him look. The haircut was perfect! They also outfitted him with a snazzy scarf. My dog has been known to get snappy when getting groomed, but I only heard that he behaved well at Aroma - which I take as a testament to the patient stylists that work here. I will definitely return to Aroma soon!

This was my first time bringing my dog to Aroma's Dog Grooming, and I'm really happy with the experience. Their communication was fast and easy, and they listened carefully to my requests while also doing what was necessary to get my Maltese back to her baseline after months of me not being able to keep up--life with multiple little ones and a newborn! I appreciate their balance of care and professionalism. Definitely give them a try!

I brought my dog here for the first time in December 2026 and they did a great job. The only thing I can say is I want them to trim her butt hair more, which is something they can adjust next time. The place is small, nice and clean. You can see dogs being trimmed behind the glass and the staff is pretty flexible with appointments, which I appreciated. I used to go to PetSmart but their pricing is so high, I wanted to try something locally owned. I'm glad I tried this place out! I'll be bringing Nala back. read more

I'm delighted with Aroma Pet Grooming. They've groomed my Gracie Mae twice now, and the girl at the front desk is incredibly friendly. I appreciate the transparent window that allows me to see the groomers working on my pets, which gives me peace of mind. However, I would gave them a star off for the lack of communication with the actual groomer. Unlike a haircut, where I discuss my preferences with the stylist, I don't have a personal relationship with the groomer at Aroma Pet Grooming. In my opinion, having a rapport with your beautician is just as important as having a relationship with the person grooming your dog. My last groomer, for instance, groomed Gracie Mae's hair for 4 1/2 years until we moved. read more

My beautiful Shiba Inu, Miko has been coming here to be bathed and groomed every 2-4 weeks since she was 16 weeks old in 2022 (: I love it here, they always treat her so well even tho I hear she's a pain to blowdry but that's never stopped them my baby girl always comes out so clean and pretty after her groom, I'm happy to take her here so often, it's absolutely worth every penny and my absurd collection of bandanas to prove it read more

PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR son/daughter HERE!!!!! You could potentially experience just as much emotional, physical, and financial trauma as me. If I could give this place no stars I would. First and foremost I have a small toy maltipoo he's not even 1 yet. He's been coming to this groomers for awhile and they told me they're aware of the extra toe. So you can only imagine how enraged I was when they did not only not let me know they severely cut him but they also played it down when I was at home already calling them... they said they put PAROXIDE on it and it "wasn't bleeding that much". MIND YOU I HAD TO TAKE HIM TO THE vet mind you the vet had to remove it. Vet bill is included in this review. They took 0 accountability and kept making it seem like it wasn't a big deal. They didn't even offer to refund me at all I had to ask for a refund and they wanted to partially refund me and say next time I could get a discount??? As if I'll ever be coming again after this. The vet had to remove my poor son's extra toe when there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. I'm so hurt and overall frustrated with the lack of care and accountability. I will be seeking legal advice if anyone has any recommendations let me know! read more

I've been taking my dogs to Aroma and their other location in Chino Hills for almost 4 years now and I've never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have 2 corgis, one that is a little timid and the other one is reactive, making them a handful. Aroma pets does such a good job handling them and making me feel comfortable to leave them cause I always know they're in good hands. I also appreciate the fair prices on all the services! There was a dog in the front desk climbing on the desk table where the dog was friendly to people approaching the desk but the moment they had taken my dog to the back past the front desk that dog barked aggressively and lunged towards my dog and the only thing saving an incident was the dog was hooked on a leash to the wall. My dog tucked his tail and lunged away when this occurred. This happened both at drop off and pick up. Definitely will find another place. Plus my dog did have an accident which is fair can be frustrating but accidents happen and I felt there was a tone of irritation in the person's voice over the phone when notifying me. We made sure to put him through proper training before even considering grooming, and once we felt confident in his progress, we started looking for a groomer in the area. It was definitely challenging. Many places were hesitant to take him because of his background. When I reached out to All About Paws Pet Spa and explained his situation, they didn't hesitate at all. From the start, they were incredibly understanding and patient with Finn. Even on days when he can be a bit difficult, they continue to work with him with such care and professionalism. Because of them, grooming has become a much more positive experience for him and for us. I've also brought my other pets here, and every visit has been just as great. Takes them about 2-3 hours average for a haircut, $80 for my medium sized poodle which is a great price compared to other places (plus they don't charge extra for poodle fur). Some of their groomers cut better but overall the haircuts have been very solid with all of them. You can just text them for an appointment which I like. I would say for their pricing and skill, this is one of if not the best place to take your dog to esp if you have a poodle. I def recommend if you want your dog looking super fluffy and cute!

The owner is very unprofessional and rude and the service is terrible, the Chino hills location used be good and for the last couple visits it's nothing less of a joke! I would stare AWAY. I would imagine she runs this one the same way. They do not take responsibility of their mistakes and their only solution to all problems is to cut more hair off of your pet!!!!
