Their genuine hospitality made the visit extra special. The food itself is outstanding. Everything is truly farm-to-table, with the restaurant sourcing all of its fresh ingredients directly from local farmers. You can taste the difference in every bite--the vibrant flavors, incredible freshness, and quality that only comes from supporting nearby producers. I especially loved their great specialty coffees, which paired beautifully with the seasonal dishes and breakfast/lunch offerings. The plates were exceptional, highlighting the best of what our region has to offer. Chicken thighs. For someone who doesn't even eat chicken! Oh, they had a problem with me not just taking what they offered me. After 2 hours we left. No apologies, no compensation and not even a return good bye when we said thank you while leaving. This woman will cater to the business around town and treat her black customers like we should be glad just to be in her facility.
