Also, I ordered medium spicy on my Mongolian beef (which should have been Mongolian onion because there was not beef on the top layer, so many onions it was ridiculous) and it barely had pepper on it. When my food arrived I noticed they ignored my request for utensils and napkins because I'm in a motel.They gave me no utensils, plates, or napkins.They also gave me only one packet of noodles for both foods when it's supposed to be two and one soy sauce we had to share. Food was bland too and crab rangoons were stale.When I politely called the restaurant to let them know of their mistake the attendant on the phone blatantly told me that they couldn't help me because they had no Uber driver. No plates to eat on. No utensils to eat with. They are cheapskates.No spoons for soup.No napkins to clean hands and face.Luckily I found two plastic forks from morning breakfast that were in bag that I was about to throw out plus plastic containers. We had to wash both containers and forks and reuse them to eat this order. This is horrible .They never even offered an alternative such as a credit for inconvenience or etc . However I didn't check my order until I was down the street. However I did call and explain that I was given the wrong order. I returned and was quickly tended to and given the correct order. And once I made to a serene place to eat I must say that the food was average and nothing close to the rave reviews that I was given. The rice was somewhat bland and sticky. The food is pretty good and i almost have no problems with the service except for the times I ordered delivery. Every time I had food delivered I was missing chopsticks, no big deal. So when I placed my last order, I told the person that I needed them and also indicate that I was paying with a $100 bill for them to bring change. When food arrived, the driver didn't have the change for me so I had to get up and look for change myself to pay the bill when my whole intention to order delivery was to stay home and don't go out at all. This is probably the worst Chinese food I've ever had. So I was totally in the mood for some veggie lo mein so I went on a yelp and did a search. This place was the closet with a decent star rating so I submitted the order thru the app. A few minutes later I get a call asking for my apartment number and to give my ID and credit card to the driver. Food was delivered 20 minutes later. I got two veggie spring rolls, veggie lo mein and a veggie soup. Everything literally has no flavor but salt. The spring rolls were covered disgustingly in oil and were horrible. The lo mein has celery, mini corn, broccoli which were not cooked at all!
