Pains me that they lost a star and our business. The consistency is no longer there. Had a two hour massage that I could only stand for 75 minutes. It was a couples massage. The two masseuses chatted and chuckled a lot between each other. It's very disconcerting to have the towel removed from your back and then hear comments and laughing. The massage consisted of 98% forearms and elbows, rubbing the same muscles group for five minutes at a time. One of the most pointless and boring massages I've ever had. Then, mine proceeded to rub my calf with one hand, and then switch hands, obviously on the phone. The same rhythmic motion for five minutes. I excused myself and left. This wasn't just one experience, so after going here almost weekly since last May, it's sad for us to say we won't any longer. read more

So I call this place this morning to make an appointment to have a deep tissue massage at 6:00 p.m. due to me having a crick in my right side of my neck to where the pain was shooting down to my right arm. I actually got there 30 minutes early and they were able to get me back right away. I was told for 60 minutes for a deep tissue massage it would be $80. So as I go in the room undress myself and I left my underwears on laid down on the table and the masseuse came in and started to massage me. I did let her know that I had a crick in my neck on the right side so if she can focus on that side. Now I have had plenty of massages and plenty deep tissue massages but nothing like this one today. I know deep tissue massage they're supposed to be a little bit rough to get out the kinks, the tension or the pain that you're having but she was very rough, she was hurting me more than anything I did feel relaxed I couldn't get relaxed because of how hard she was doing it, how fast she was doing it and rushing while doing it, then it took me for a loop and by surprise that she got on the table and sat on me with her knees into my butt and into my back that didn't feel good and I'm very small and petite..she was heavy to me. I've never had anyone sit on me while giving me a massage especially by someone that's professional. The way she was massaging me pulling me pretty much bending me like a pretzel and that was hurting me. I would tell her too when she was hurting me. And she also made me feel very uncomfortable by pulling my underwears down and my butt crack is all out I don't know why she did that and she didn't ask and then she started to massage the side of me close to my underpit and while she was doing that she massage my breast and touched my nipple while I'm laying face down I definitely didn't like that at all and felt very violated. I should have got up and left but she was just about done then she asked me to turn over on my back so she can massage the front of me and she started massaging like the top of my chest and then pushing my breasts up that has never happened to me before so I do not recommend this place because that was very unprofessional and I didn't like it at all. Then when it came time for me to pay it was supposed to be $80 for 60 minutes the receipt said $83 and I wasn't going to leave a tip because I didn't like the service that I received but the lady gave me back the receipt and the pen saying you didn't put a tip and so it's like she pressured me and made me leave a tip so I did when I really didn't want to. So now that I'm home I took pictures and I have bruises on my neck and shoulders on both sides from her. Also she put the hot stones on my back and it burned my back because they were too hot and I kept telling her I didn't want them because of that, she kept saying you need them, i said no they are too hot for me. Bottom line this was my first time ever going there and it will definitely be my last time and I feel like it did not help my situation because I'm in even more pain than I was when I came and my left side hurts as well now. I wish I can have my money back and go somewhere else because it wasn't worth it I feel no relief. I'm only giving one star because it's making me otherwise I would give zero stars. read more

My daughter and I had a massage at Hong Kong massage in Pflugerville a couple of days ago (1/6/2025) and it was wonderful! The therapists were thorough. I am older and my therapist did a wonderful job of relaxing me as well as stimulating my circulation. She was so thoughtful. My daughter is a nurse and has numerous areas of discomfort. Her therapist did a deep massage and my daughter said it was the best massage she has had in years which is saying something because she gets a massage often because of her work. The place was clean and the therapists and receptionist were super friendly. The ambiance in the massage room was very pleasant with calming music and lighting. Friday, October 27 was my first visit. Jenny was very personable and gave a great massage. Unfortunately, the ambiance, relaxation, and peacefulness expected during a massage was not there. The constant crying of the baby and the constant loud front door opening notification hindered my experience and expectations. The lamp in the room being on during my massage did not create a restful environment. Jenny left the room twice during my required pre-paid 60 massage with upgrades. The first time was to get the CBD oil and the second time to get the hot stones. This took time away from my massage as she stopped at exactly 60 minutes. I do not understand why the room was not setup for these add-ons before my massage began. I had already paid for them and Jenny already knew. Again, Jenny was great, but the over-all experience was not. Hopefully, the owner will make the necessary changes - especially with the incredibly loud front door notification and keeping the baby quiet while customers are having a massage. Perhaps the baby being there is not a daily occurrence. read more
