Does it actually alter the taste? This egg roll had minced pork, bright red like you see in Chinese restaurants. I don't think it added anything. The Mongolian beef came out sizzling on a cast iron platter. Nice presentation and very tasty. For twenty bucks, I had lunch with enough for another lunch. Score!

And I just want to add that if you haven't had their lemon sauce, you should definitely try it. I use it on everything I eat. I usually get it with sweet-and-sour chicken and just pay the extra charge on the side for the sauce. It's so worth it. I usually get plain fried rice as well as a special order with just fried egg and onion and they make it perfect every time. The lo mein I've had that is really good. It's just the right amount of flavor, not overly and not to under. I have also had their spring rolls which are to die for especially crispy on the outside, which is how I like them and tender on the inside, not too oily. I have also had other things like their chicken and broccoli which is amazing too. I always usually ask for extra tender broccoli and it comes out perfect every time. When it comes to the chicken, that's the only problem that I have is that there is another place in Wyoming that blows me away with the chicken as well so they're kind of tied to me.
