I ordered dinner from here tonight and thought the food was very good. It arrived quickly and was hot. I had the house special fried rice, wings, and egg fu young--no complaints at all. I'll definitely be ordering from them again. That said, they really should reconsider charging 50 cents for duck sauce--that's not cool. But the food was great, and the shrimp were a nice size too. The food Absolutely awful! I got sweet Thai chili wings and fries last night- both the wings and fries were covered in the sweet Thai chili sauce and both the wings and fries were not done. This is the second occasion that I have had horrible food from this restaurant, The last time I chicken fried rice with sweet and sour chicken- The chicken fried rice was dry and didn't contain vegetables! The sweet-and-sour chicken was soggy! When I called to complain about both said situations the store assistant manager referred to me as "you people " After she told me that she has worked there for five years... this was the absolute worst experience at any restaurant I have ever had in my entire life!! The owners of this restaurant should get rid of this assistant manager as soon as possible she is horrible her people skills are trash! Neither one of the occasions did they provide utensils to eat my to go order with or a napkin or condiments!! This is the best Chinese takeout in Henry county! Their food is delicious and the staff is lovely! Try the orange chicken with real pieces of orange- it's my husband's favorite. I didn't have any quarters on me when I went to pick up the food with my kids, so my son was disappointed because he wanted a gum ball from the machine. The lady at the counter just gave him one. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal, but I've been to other places where the machines ate my quarters and as my child was crying they did nothing. So she made my child happy and that makes me happy. I love this place! read more

We've eaten here for over five years and the food is better than all the other Chinese restaurants around. The staff are very friendly. The food is delicious. Always hot and fresh. There are some preps that has to be done ahead of time to keep the dishes coming out fast. Many restaurants do it. If there is something wrong with your meal tell them. Whoever takes the orders via telephone needs an attitude check. Very rude and inpatient. I explained that I wanted two items on one plate but instead of explaining that it only comes with one item on the large or dinner portion, she charged me for two entrees. I noticed it when the driver brought me the food. The food was very overpriced for the quantity and quality. The food was rubbery and tasted old! This place is a hidden gem. We are new to the area and were looking online for Chinese food and decided to read the reviews and this is the closest one that had the best reviews. My family and I ordered 3 different meals and all three were GOOD, except for the plain fried rice. Overall the food was good, the service was good, and it was not far from our new place. Even though it's small and really unable to find unless looking for, it's a good place to eat. The lady whom we placed our order over the phone with was also very nice when I went to pick up my food and was kind enough to explain some the menu items. It's a MUST go to spot!! read more

We used to love this restaurant, but the past couple of times we've gotten take out, it has not been good. This last time in particular it was not good at all. The chicken tasted off and the sweet and sour sauce was thin and brown. I'm used to sweet and sour sauce being a bright reddish pink color. I'm not sure if it is under new management or what, but something has changed in the past 6 months or so. If you can't make sweet and sour chicken, you don't need to be in business. I ordered the sweat and sour shrimp about an hour ago. Food gets here with the sweet and sour sauce spilled all over the bag and order. Dropping on the ground with all the rice and shrimp which is separated original mixed up and at the bottom of the bag out of the carton . As you know this is very unsanitary because the outside of these boxes are usually handle by gloveless hands and are sitting on some table or counter . When I asked the driver what happened . He said sorry and walked off. I ran up to catch him and asked what his name was . He replied "Michael" after taking about 6 or 7 seconds to think about it. He tells me to call the manager and he will give me the money back for the order. When I called a woman puts me on hold for about 10 minutes while she asks her manager what they should do. I asked her if there was a discount or something especially since I paid the guy a tip also. Her and her manager are still going back and forth trying to see if I'm lying or not lol. Then she says we don't have anybody by the name of Michael . So I give her a physical description if the man and she stays quiet again and puts me on hold. Then final she's still going back and forth with the manager and he say he will give me 10% off the next order!. I just paid 30$ for a meal and he's offering 3$ basically off the next order. I paid more then that just in the tip. I go to explain I have been a customer for over 10 years. Her reply is we can remake the food if you drive back up here. I said, well ma'am I didn't make the mistake why should I have to do someone messes job. And she's basically done. So I told her have a blessed night and don't worry about it, our dog will eat good tonight. read more

I've been eating here for over 10 years, and unfortunately will not be going back. The last couple of times I ordered my usual there was a noticeable difference in the sauce which is completely fine...but the way my issue was handled was disappointing, especially being a decade long customer. The first time I had to return to the restaurant to get the right sauce and was given a spring roll as an inconvenience credit. The second time I had to again drive back to receive a refund and was not offered any other type of solution or even an apology. I was told that there was no change even though it was a CLEAR difference in the taste and thickness, and rushed out of he door with no attempt to make things right. I'm disappointed in my recent service, and would have expected more of a correction or solution from a restaurant who I've given so much money to they already know my order when I call. Just went there today, the menu has changed. You do not get soup with your combo meal any more. The amount of rice you get is half of what it use to be. I didn't see the original owners and when I asked if it had been sold; they said no, I don't believe them. Its a shame because I loved that place and I an sad to say, I am not going back. read more
