When I got to the hotel, they had already associated my delivery with the hotel room and had it brought up to the room by concierge. Other than sometimes long wait times on the phone, everything went very smoothly, and I couldn't complain about anything. Next time I'm in town, I'll need to actually go into the business center and leverage some of their other services.
