Nancy is affable, kind, understanding and I appreciated her time. Be very specific in your wants - as well as the price; I was told "your coverages are the same," which I took to mean the global "same" meaning what I wanted outside of coverage, like manditory on-line billing (which I don't do) and even though there is a great discount for this, I don't want it, I want a paperbill - so, Nancy called the company rep and they said it was too late to change it. So Nancy promised to contact me in September to remind me of the charge; then we can change it back to paper. So, even though my contact there has left and follow-ups like returning calls and checking emails remain somewhat of a challenge there was a significant premium savings by switching, it makes me wish I would have trusted less and had them (the agency) show me options every year "(trust but verify, Ronald Reagan")! Your agent works for you. So I support this agency, but do your due diligence and shop the policies and service expectations should be high, you pay enough for it.

They are very responsive to all of my questions and Scott always spends extra time to ensure we understand what is included and not included in our policies talking us through the standard recommendations for coverage and his recommendation for us but ultimately allowing us to make our final decision without pressure. I have since moved to Grand Rapids and the level of customer service they are still able to provide is impressive. When we need our yearly review, Scott meets my husband and I at my work place in GR. Any time something needs a signature, Scott travels to GR to get it from us. I highly recommend Scott and his team!

Members who opt in to the Kasasa account can earn 4.25 percent on balances up to $25,000 (with 25 debit transactions per month, paperless statements, and direct deposits of $1,000+ per month), and can link a Kasasa savings account so that balances above $25,000 earn 1 percent. That's loads better than CDs these days. This particular Kalsee location is palatial (tons of private offices and a half dozen or so teller windows), with plenty of lot parking and several handicap spots right by the door.

Make a purchase on the last day of the period, but if they say it didn't "post" till the following day it's their way out of paying the monthly interest. Their customer service reps seemed short, as if they deal with this customer issue often? Disqualifying a customer over something they have no control over or influence on seems trite to me, short sited. I'm now looking at doing business elsewhere.
