She was very unfriendly and harsh. She sounded irritated to answer my questions and I was eager to get off the phone call and continue my search, as her customer service was horrific. However, after I had done some research, I decided that UBCCU had the best rates, and decided to call again. I was then greeted by a friendly, perky woman named Hannah. Hannah answered all of my questions and even provided some additional education, and I really felt like she was looking out for my best financial interests, and she was just really nice to speak with! After discussing my options, I decided on the perfect loan for the car I wanted. Great rate, and low monthly payments. Hannah is easy to get into contact with and always seems excited to hear from me. If you're ever in need of a loan, call UBCCU and ask for her. There are many reasons I left, but here are the top ones: 1) Fifth Third is pulling out of small towns in SW Michigan, leaving only an ATM behind, if that. 2) At the branches I use, there's constant turnover of the tellers. To me, that means they're not paid or treated very well. 3) Corporate spends LOTS of $$ on political lobbying in Washington and Lansing. Also contributes mostly to candidates from one political party. I had to threaten them to take my 48k out. They actually told me to provide all documents for a THIRD TIME. INSTEAD I SAID NO, YOU CAN WIRE THE MONEY TO MY MAIN BANK. THEY WILL WIRE YOU THE MORTGAGE PAYMENT! I don't know what happened to them, it's sad
